A message from Lance:
Hi All,
I was diagnosed with cancer in April 2004. From day one the most amazing
display of kind acts and support for me and my family have poured
in. From friends, family and the"brotherhood" of the fire Dept., that I am honored to be part of.
With
the latest turn of events in my health I've tried to find a way to thank everyone, nothing seemed to work. Then our good
friends Kim and Henry DeGroot (we met in lamaze class 16 years ago) stepped up and mentioned a web page.
Kim
stayed up all night and created a way for me to Thank all of you for what you have done for me. So with that said I want
to take this opportunity to Thank You all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity. I will remember it always.
If you believe in miracles and one happens to occur, then your friendship and caring has taught me a very important lesson
to live with. Be thankful for friends and family.....

Dear Family and Friends,
I can't begin to express to you how much we appreciate your overwhelming kindness. The food you have prepared has been wonderful.
The boys love the "Waiters on Wheels" and we have used it often. The certificates and gift cards have been a great help and
gives me more time to be with Lance. All of your calls, cards and visits over the past months have really meant so much to
us.
To sum it up, we are so blessed to have such a great support. Thank you for all your prayers and I ask that you would continue
to pray for us.
